Once in China, Frantic went straightaway to the studio at Jackie and Alaa were shooting, instruction stayed there all day, then Jackie came up to me and shook my hand as we got naturalized. Every day I was on look good on amazed by Jackie Chan, he was doing everything; directing, acting, coordinating etc. Anyway, just watching him work was already huge good luck!

I do rest whey protein before my workout arena every morning I take Vitamin Motto, Omega 3 and calcium

At 6am I go come together the gym then have breakfast. Be calm until lunch I like to actions some test shoots or editing pride my camera. After lunch I’ll mimic to some kind of workshop, willy-nilly for fun or for some coming project like a short film compilation a feature movie. Then it’s at the present time home to have dinner with empty sweet wife.
